The package includes the command line utilities, a Python module and the ViewMatch plugin for Chimera 1.4. The ViewMatch plugin allows you to visualize the matches produced by either the LabelHash web server or the command line version.
The LabelHash tools have been compiled with OpenMPI support. This means you need to have the OpenMPI runtime environment installed (even if you don't plan on running anything in parallel). On OS X OpenMPI is already installed, and on Linux you can easily install OpenMPI through your package manager.
If happen to use a daily snapshot of Chimera 1.5, you will need a different version of LabelHash (linked against the python2.6 library). Download it here: [Mac OS X] [64-bit Linux] [32-bit Linux]
This download is intended for users of Chimera 1.4 who are mainly interested in visualizing matches generated by the web server and are not planning to use the command line tools. The ViewMatch module also relies on the OpenMPI runtime environment, even though at this point the plugin itself is not running anything in parallel. On OS X OpenMPI is already installed, and on Linux you can easily install OpenMPI through your package manager.
